Open Access Week 20-26 Oktober
Open Access Week is an annual global event that promotes open and equitable access to research. It’s an opportunity for the academic community to learn, share, and discuss how open practices can advance discovery and knowledge sharing.
This year, the week takes place from October 20–26 and the theme is “Who owns our knowledge?”
At Chalmers Library, we’re marking the week with small exhibitions in the Main Library, the ACE Library, and Kuggen Library, highlighting open access resources and initiatives.
On Thursday, we host the award ceremony for our annual Chalmers Open Access Prize which goes to a person, a group, or an open access publication that has gained attention during the past year.
Later that day you can join us online for “20 Minutes on Open Access Publishing” a short Zoom webinar exploring how Open Access publishing pathways can amplify your research visibility while meeting funder requirements.
And last but not least, be sure to don’t miss our Open Access Quiz. Test your knowledge and get a chance to win something fun!
