Pay for your late and lost books
As of November, Chalmers library no longer sends out invoices for overdue books. If you have fees that you have to pay, you do it in the Chalmers webshop, the same place where you buy printer quota.
If borrowed books are not returned on time, the library sends reminders by e-mail. We send out 4 reminders over the course of three weeks and then we consider the material lost. You then have to pay a standard fee of SEK 600 and a administrative fee of SEK 200 for each book. When you receive the last reminder, you will be blocked from further loans as well as requesting books until the fee or fees are paid. If the book is returned, you only need to pay the administrative fee of SEK 200 for each book.
