Guidelines for publishing
Scientific publishing of new research and methods is one of the most important steps of the research process. The publication enables the results to be reviewed by the research community and available to the interested public.
Checklist when publishing
The advice below aims to maximize the visibility of your publications. Use the checklist to submit and disseminate research results in scientific journals or conference publications:
- Publish in journals/proceedings that are indexed by Scopus or Web of Science
- Make your publications Open Access (OA)
- Follow the Vancouver recommendations for highest ethical standards
- Use and maintain authors identifiers
- Write Chalmers affiliation correctly in manuscript
- Publish and cite research data
- Increase visibility and impact through academic social networking
